CarGet is an online marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of used vehicles in Pakistan. We connect sellers and buyers but do not own, inspect, or guarantee the listed vehicles unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility
To use our Platform:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate and verifiable information when creating an account.
- You agree to comply with Pakistani laws governing online commerce, consumer protection, and data privacy.
3. User Accounts
- Users must create an account to list or inquire about vehicles.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
4. Vehicle Listings
When posting a vehicle:
- All information provided (model, mileage, year, condition, price, etc.) must be accurate and truthful.
- Misleading or fraudulent listings may result in removal or legal action.
- You agree that uploaded photos and descriptions become part of our platform content, and we may display or promote them as needed.
- We may verify listings but do not guarantee their accuracy.
5. Buying and Selling
- CarGet does not act as an agent for either buyer or seller unless stated in a managed service agreement.
- Any negotiation, payment, or delivery must be agreed upon directly between the parties.
- We do not guarantee payment completion, vehicle condition, or transaction success.
- Always exercise due diligence when meeting sellers or making payments.
6. Fees and Payments
- Basic listings may be free, but premium or featured listings may incur advertising fees.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Payments made through the Platform (if applicable) are processed securely via third-party gateways.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Post false, misleading, or stolen vehicle listings
- Engage in spam, fraud, or harassment
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Copy or scrape our data without consent
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and possible legal consequences.
8. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, graphics, and content on CarGet are our property or licensed to us.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without our prior written consent.
- By uploading content (e.g., photos, reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content for Platform-related purposes.
9. Data Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to our handling of your information under applicable Pakistani data protection laws.
10. Disclaimers
www.carget.ai provides services "as is" and without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for:
- Accuracy of listings
- Quality or condition of vehicles
- Losses from failed transactions or misrepresentation
Users are solely responsible for their transactions and communications.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- www.carget.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for services during the past six (6) months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarGet, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Any violation of these Terms
- Any transaction or dispute between users
13. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
